To dream that you mix chemicals, potions, or even drinks does not symbolize the entry of a new element in your life but rather that something different comes from the combination of what you already have. For example, it may reflect the union of your most opposed facets and that as a result, you adopt a more flexible and tolerant attitude. According to another interpretation, this dream indicates the mixing of the right and left sides of the brain. Or, logic and intuition respectively.
The Tarot card of Temperance shows an angel pouring water from one cup to another. The card of the Star illustrates a woman pouring water into a pond and, at the same time, onto the ground. The sign of Aquarius is also a water bearer. All this, as the dream of mixing, refers to the flow of life.
It is the connection between the conscious and the unconscious, and the masculine and feminine elements.
